We believe that Irish produce is special, and worth celebrating. We support Irish craft brewing and our local distillers, using Irish ingredients to create lovely cocktails that celebrate the season.
Our food menu is seasonal & we work with our Irish producers and farmers to feature as many local ingredients as possible. Everything else we make in house, from our breads and desserts to relishes and sauces, our pickles, preserves and lovely gravy. Our fish is sustainably sourced from small day boats, our pork, duck & chicken are free range and Irish and at this time of year much of our veg comes from our own organic allotment.
What we don’t grow ourselves is sourced from our incredibly resilient Irish vegetable farmers. We strive for sustainability for our community, suppliers, staff & our planet. #ThisIsIrishFood
