An Fómhar Luncheon: A celebration of Brack,  Seasonal Flavours & Irish Producers

As the wheel of the year turns toward the end of the Harvest, we gather to celebrate An Fómhar: the Autumn as Graham Herterich brings his signature style to Mulligans in Stoneybatter for a feast celebrating brack and seasonal flavours.

​Graham is the owner of The Bakery by The Cupcake Bloke & Ernie’s @ Shackleton Experience, is a classically trained chef, a celebrated author, the current Blas na hEireann producer’s champion and a brilliant advocate for Irish producers. His menus are inspired by Irish culinary heritage and his dishes blend the traditional and modern seamlessly. For this cosy Saturday luncheon he has created a sharing menu that celebrates the bounty of the Irish harvest, featuring modern twists on brack, colcannon, bacon & cabbage and bread & butter pudding using produce from Mc Nally Farm, Henderson Market Garden, Fiorbhia Farm, Olly’s Farm, Saltrock Dairy, Velvet Cloud and Cais na Tir. The menu also embraces the fun and mischief surrounding the superstitions and customs associated with this important time in the Irish calendar.
