We believe that Irish produce is special, and worth celebrating. Our menu is seasonal & we work with our Irish producers and farmers to feature as many local ingredients as possible. Our fish is sustainably sourced from small day boats, our pork and chicken are free range and Irish and at this time of year much of our veg comes from our own organic allotment. What we don’t grow ourselves is sourced from our incredible resilient Irish vegetable farmers. #thisisIrishFood
