We believe that Irish produce is special, and worth celebrating. Our menu is seasonal & we work with our Irish producers and farmers to feature as many local ingredients as possible. Everything else we make in house, from our breads and desserts to relishes and sauces, our pickles, preserves and lovely gravy. Our fish is sustainably sourced from small day boats, our pork, duck & chicken are free range and Irish and at this time of year much of our veg comes from our own organic allotment. We work with only wild Irish game when it is in season. What we don’t grow ourselves is sourced from our incredibly resilient Irish vegetable farmers. We strive for sustainability for our community, suppliers, staff & our planet. #ThisIsIrishFood 
Tipping policy: All tips & service charges are distributed in their entirety to staff both Front of House & Kitchen.


Sunday Roast 
On Sundays we serve a Sunday roast, with a different supplier each week as well as a vegetarian/vegan option. We cook these to order and they are limited in number.
